Treating cellulite without surgery
Eighty percent of women are subjected to some amount of cellulite in their lifetime, these unsightly pockets of fat get trapped beneath the skin. It occurs most often on the thighs, stomach and buttocks. Cellulite has nothing to do with the excess weight. Any woman, regardless of size, can get cellulite.
The development of cellulite appears to be related to hormones, because it starts normally to occur during periods when the hormones are fluctuating. Adolescents, pregnant and menopausal women are all subject to the accumulation cellulitis. These hormones control blood flow, fat, drain the lymphatic system and connective tissue. All these things have their part in the development of cellulitis.
Most women do not care about the cause of cellulite – they just want to know if and how they can get rid of him. Most treatments for cellulite is only temporary because cellulite can continue to grow, and most treatments that fight against the appearance of cellulite without addressing the real cause. There are, however, some beneficial treatments for cellulite, which are all non-surgical.
1. Endermologie – This is just one of many different treatments that use a machine to apply massage to the affected areas. It feels like a deep massage tissues, but while the rollers do their job tension and compression, suction is also applied to the skin to eliminate cellulite. Multiple treatments are needed, but it may be beneficial efforts to reduce the appearance of cellulite and skin tonic.
2. Light or Laser Therapy – This treatment combines laser light with suction that manipulates the skin. As endermologie, multiple treatments are necessary for best results.
3. Ultrasound – This process provides energy to light just below the skin surface to the point where cellulite fat cells are ringed skin. These fat cells absorb the ultrasonic energy. This increases the cell temperature so that the fat cell membrane breaks down, and stored fat is released into the system. Once the fat is released, the body can eliminate it naturally. These ultrasound treatments are safe and without side effects such as bruising or pain.
4. Creams – There are creams and gels available that contain ingredients such as retinoids and alpha hydroxy acids. Although they did not actually eliminate cellulite, they have the advantage to exfoliate the skin, thus generating new skin much tighter.
