If it had so far with cellulite? You want to get rid of it forever, and make your body, all beautiful and elegant? Yeah, me too, I do when one of my old boys Gym 'showed me this fiscal year ago, I started to do all the time, and it has changed a bit to make it work better for me. It is a great exercise for women but I know for a fact that 'manly men' do it too! ha, ha! (Oh, and if you think something "wrong" on something "Gym Boy" is exactly what I used to call all the guys in the gym where I worked out a lot – it a term of endearment, but not a reference to the person I went out with – I either call those people "that crazy old jerk" or "a of my great old friends "… usually one or the other – sometimes both! ha, ha!)

Get rid of cellulite once and for all with this very simple and incredibly cheap exercise. It takes about 20 minutes or so, depending on the number of Reps you do (repetitions – "Representatives" in the language of weight lifting …).

Here's what you need – something you can fix on that allows you to have a good leg extension when you are lying on your stomach. I used to use my Giant Exercise Ball, it occurred to me that I could easily use the wee fantasy Bench at the end of my bed like a school exercise. Softer and more pleasant, and not nearly as expensive and difficult to find. I have seen these benches wee under $ 50.00 at Wal Mart – One of my favorite stores! You can get a set of free weights while you're there too.

I use weighing 10 pounds to start, but if this is new to you, start with a weight of 5 pounds. As you get used to the weight, you can raise it up about 35 or 40 pounds. Step One: Shoot the bench in the middle of the room, so you have plenty of space. Put great music – set to music that makes you want to move …
