Is there any way to get rid of cellulite on their legs and above the knees?
I hate my legs and my ankles in fat. Works best for this problem or is there another option? Bloody cannot stop eating chocolate! Oh the joy of being a woman! I know I get the same thing. Fortunately, there are somethings people like us can do! I studied Sport and Recreation HPE UNI and am now working as a personal trainer, if I have a fari bit of an idea of what kind of things. I can certainly recommend the following things: * leg lifts – lie down on the side and slowly lift one leg up and leave there for ten seconds. Lower and repeat this 20 times on one leg and then swap over. This is good for the thighs and buttox. * Running – Ten mintues Running 3 / 4 times a week will help. * The bike – easy and a great way to tone legs and get in shape. As for cellulite it will probably never disappear completely, but you can certainly make it less sensitive. There are creams or lotions some you can use and do these exercises will also help.
