Has anyone ever really get rid of cellulite exercise / toning?

I had cellulitis on both arms when I was pregnant. Since I had my baby 7 months ago, my right arm has really diminished because of the lifting and transporting / supporting the baby in this arm. I do not see the cellulite gone. My left arm still has cellulite. I thought you could not really get rid of cellullite? Someone Has it been anything like? I am hoping that the same principle works on my left arm and thighs, so I'm really stuck in some serious exercise?
