Cellulite…anyone please help?

I am 23, 5’6″, and only wiegh 120 pounds. I am not over weight my any means but my legs are not in the best shape that I would want them to be. I have cellulite on the back and outside of my thighs and the inside of my thighs are flabby but not fat. They are average size I guess. I am wanting to know if there is any home remedies that will help with the cellulite and what can I do about the flab. I am drinking about 60-80 oz of water a day and taking green tea extract pills that you get at walmart by the vitamins and another thing I have been doing side leg lifts. Is there anything else please let me know. Ive heard that massaging it helps and if so then do u use an oil or something to help it. Please help me. I really want to wear shorts this summer and feel comfortable……If anyone has any suggestions please let me know and does the green tea thing really eliminate cellulite and make u lose wieght
