I have some skin on my stomach that slightly looks like cellulite.What Can I do about it?

The skin on my stomach,or my stomach.Looks slightly like it has cellulite.I was wondering is it vellulite or is it just the way my skin looks.
I am very concious of my body:S

What can I do to eliminate it?
What caused this?
