How do I get rid of this horrible cellulite on my thighs?
Since I am not more cheerleaders and I've been to school school, I noticed im getting cellulite on the backs of my thighs. I know that the exercise will target this area, so what I do. But how long will I see results? I also wonder if the cream really work and how long it will take for cellulite go away, if I apply as directed, like 2 times a day? Tell me about your experiences please nasty cellulite! Just an FYI to the sweet sensimilla I weigh 140 pounds and 5'7 "Im. And I work 5 days a week.
Hey Lauren – I have the same problem. Cellulite is more about how your body stores fat as your exercise routine. No amount of work OUT get rid of cellulite, unless you specifically target the back of your thighs with other techniques. Here's what worked for me: 1. Brushing (Drybrushing all the night before my shower) 2. Exercise (Pilates and elbows up knees – hard on the knees, but great for legs!) 3. cellulite cream. I bought some cellulite cream online and it worked great for me. Let us know what works for you!
