I use Folger's crystals instant coffee and mix with water for a house mask and apply it to my tights and butt area eaten at least once by MTH. (I learned from a spa cellulite treatment) I also exfoliate every other day and apply masks regularly on my body every week or 2. Last but not least, I moisturize like crazy with shea butter and Nivea skin firming lotion.
