Is it normal for someone whos 12 has cellulite and stretch marks?

Is that normal? do any celebrities beside Beyonce and JeLo have it? because when you watch movies and stuff you see people in bikinis they dont have cellulite or stretch marks

well im not really overweight i think i am just by one pound

i dont have stretch marks on my boobs or stomach i have them on the side of my thighs on my knees and behind my knees
my cellulite isnt the serious kind cuz i have tan skin i’ve seen pics on the internet and mine doesnt look like that its a lil more mild

just how fat are you??? (hintidy hint hint – cellulite for 12 yr old girls are NOT normal, least in England anyway). Not sure why you would get stretch marks either unless you have been pregnant and given birth.
