what are some exercises that i can do to have skinny inner and outer thighs?
im 13..
im very much plezased with my bodii
i have a good evrything..
but when ppl look at my thighs..it changes evrything
i have skinny legs and calves..
but my thighs have a lump [cellulite] and my thighs jiggle too much
wat are some of the best exercises to get rid of my thighs and
and so they dont touch..

p.s it has to be something i can do indoors and with a machine or aniithing..
just leg exercises..

cellulite is from bad circulation and dehydration so drink loads and loads of water every day, cut down on salt and rub any cream at all in circular motions over the cellulite, this will eventually shift excess water being stored.
as for easy excersizes, every morning and just before you go to bed at night try this..
lie on your left side and raise your right leg slowly up a few inches then slowly lower it back down, keeping it controlled and tensed. repeat as many as you can then do the same lying on your other side with your other leg.
you can also do the same excerise but instead of making up and down movement make really small controlled circles with your leg.
to do your inner thighs try getting a small excersize ball and squeeze as hard as you can repeatedly. or you can buy resistors especially for the inner thighs.
an all round good excersize for legs is lunges.
