3 Easy Weight Loss Tips for a Healthier You

Now before I carry on with this article, I would like to make clear that the weight of a person is no interpretation of their character and personality. I mean there are some amazing fat people around. But most overweight people really want to be healthier, thinner, and more attractive. However, it is conveniently forgotten that the largest benefit to losing weight is you become healthier! Besides being much better to look at , I am going to give you some tips on how to lose weight so you can be healthy.
These tips are designed for fat people so you don’t have an excuse not to do them. Oh yeah, they are also really obvious and uncomplicated. After all, Simplicity is Perfection.
1. Change your Mind
The first thing you absolutely have to do is get your mind in the zone. If you are not super serious about losing weight then you never will. You might as well just click X .

You need to know that the secret to achieving anything is your mindset. Sit down and say to yourself: “Do I want to lose weight?” Don’t just answer yes automatically, rather only answer once you realize the implications and effort required to make it happen as well as the reasons you want to make it happen. Have a cup of coffee , go sit in the garden, do whatever you have to do to clear your head. Now ask yourself the same question. If you can’t fully commit to the concept of losing weight and being healthier, you will eternally be fat.
2. Exercise
Yes I know you know. Exercise is single handedly the most effective way to lose weight. Have you ever seen a fat marathon runner, or tubby professional football player? I thought not. Now I’m not saying you need to be a professional athlete, but I am saying that you HAVE to exercise. If you are an able person, you have no excuse. Quite frankly, it’s just pure laziness if you don’t exercise. So you are eager to get going then? Well, getting up and going for a 5 km run in your current state is not going to help you . First, start by small exercises that you can do at work:
- Stairs instead of the elevator
- Stretch every couple of hours
- Park as far as fair from the entrance to your work
Once you get your muscles into the idea of moving , you can gradually begin implementing more strenuous exercises – Regular jogging (not on a treadmill, but outdoors), play a sport, gym, yoga whatever. The list is endless – just make up your mind and stick with it. Pick an exercise and routine you are likely to stick to; this is really important! And if you mention you don’t have the time, I say you are fibbing to yourself and you can go be fat somewhere else. Gosh darn , being a soccer mom is tough ‘work.’
3. Eat Right

Well, think what you like but I am fit and healthy and you are fat. I exercise and eat properly . I don’t eat like a bird and starve myself on seeds and lettuce. I enjoy quality , filling meals and eat fast food too. Hell, even ice cream and chocolate . I never weigh my food, never read the nutritional value sticker and I eat carbs, red meat and trans-fats. Yet I am still healthy and fit.
So what’s the big ‘secret’ – Moderation! You can feast upon whatever you want as long as you don’t gorge yourself until you are fit to burst. I have fibre in my breakfast; eat fruit and vegetables occasionally and try not to have carbs after 7 (doesn’t always happen). Sure, there are some diets out there that will tell you how to shed the kilos fast , but they forget to mention the harm they are doing to your body. If you just try to maintain a balanced life-style you will be healthy and thinner.
